The name Il Milione is a tribute to the great Venetian traveller Marco Polo and to his travelling ‘style’: no simple tourism, but the wish to experience and have in-depth knowledge of the traditions and the characteristics of the places he visited. This is the reason why the landlady and landlord have committed themselves to helping their guests to get to know Friuli Venezia Giulia better, offering suggestions about trips, events, initiatives and activities, restaurants and anything that can be useful to make their stay valuable and pleasant.

This farm tourist facility consists of 3 suites, 3 flats with kitchen and 5 double bedrooms. The flats vary in size – between 40 sq. m and 100 sq. m – and all have a separate entrance, kitchen, en suite bathroom, air conditioning and Satellite LCD TV.

The two suites Babilonia and Costantinople include a double room on a suspended platform, a double sofa bed in the living room and a private solarium-balcony.
A double-faced fireplace which offers the opportunity to enjoy the heat of the fire from both the relax area and the double bed is the main feature of the recently-opened Beijing suite, which includes a separate double bed, a double bed sofa, a kitchen and a bathroom.

The VIP Bagdad room is reserved for the treatment of the body and wellness: featuring a spacious Jacuzzi bathtub for chromotherapy and aromatherapy, it includes a panoramic window which enables to admire the green of the fields and the blue of the sky while comfortably lying in a hot bathtub.

The 4 bedrooms - both with separate entrance and en suite bathroom - minibar, Satellite LCD TV and air conditioning.

The Milione farmhouse has been refurbished keeping into account the rural building tradition in Friuli on the one hand and following bio-architectonic principles employing non-polluting finishes and treatments on the others. Contemporary style, functional furniture has also given every living unit a personal aspect, each one recalling in its details a stage in Marco Polo’s journey.
